The Creative Cornerstone presents the "On The Rise Student Film Festival," which is a one-day, youth-centered cinematic experience designed to uplift, showcase, and develop the next generation of filmmakers. The festival provides junior high and high school students with a professional platform to present short films they have written, produced, and directed, while reinforcing creative ownership and real-world skill development.

By combining exhibition, education, and community engagement, this project goes beyond traditional film screenings. Selected films are presented to the public, enabling student filmmakers to share their stories with peers, families, and the wider community. The festival emphasizes age-appropriate, student-led content that reflects authentic
youth voices and perspectives.

Along with screenings, the festival offers interactive learning opportunities, including industry panels, workshops, and Q&A sessions with experienced filmmakers and creative professionals. These components provide students with exposure to career pathways in film and media while also building confidence, communication skills, and a sense of creative identity.
