Project Title: Branches Grow, Climb & Climb Higher Youth Development Program
Project Description:

Branches provides a structured pathway for disadvantaged children and youth to overcome barriers and achieve postsecondary success through its Grow, Climb, and Climb Higher programs.
The Grow Program lays the foundation for lifelong success by serving elementary students with academic support, enrichment, and social-emotional development. Early intervention ensures students build the confidence, discipline, and skills needed to succeed in school and beyond.
The Climb Program supports middle and high school students in graduating high school prepared for college or a career. Through tutoring, mentoring, leadership development, and college readiness planning, students develop the knowledge and direction needed to pursue postsecondary opportunities.
The Climb Higher Program provides ongoing support to students pursuing postsecondary education, including mentorship, community, and financial assistance through scholarships. This ensures students persist through college and complete their degrees.
Financial education is integrated throughout all programs using interactive workshops, experiential learning, and one-on-one coaching. Students practice real-world financial decision-making and develop habits that support long-term financial wellbeing.
Research shows that early and continuous financial education improves financial behavior and long-term outcomes. By reinforcing these skills from childhood through young adulthood, Branches equips students to pursue higher education, manage finances responsibly, and achieve economic stability.
