Lead Through Athletics will utilize the program structure of the existing and successful youth program, Scholar Ballers: Summer Development & Leadership Academy, which is a youth program for students between the ages of 8 and 18 in Alief, Richmond, and surrounding areas. The program will include basketball, academic, and leadership elements to promote physical, academic, and character development.

The program will include daily skill sessions, mentorship, and enrichment activities to promote discipline, confidence, and accountability, and will offer financial aid to ensure access for underserved youth.
