Project Title: Lifechanging Camp
Project Description:

Victory Junction requests support from the Charles and Joan Hermanowski Foundation to underwrite the cost of two children attending a fully accessible life-changing medical camp for children with complex medical and physical needs. At VJ fun is the number one goal, but the outcomes and impact of belonging and making friends with similar challenges goes far beyond the week at camp. Camp experiences are – always free – for families and caregivers thanks to our supporters.

Geographical Area Served: Victory Junction is proud to serve children from all 50 states, Canada, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Denmark, England and Switzerland. We partner with charter bus company and private pilots to bring children to camp, if they are unable to otherwise attend.
Age Group To Be Served: Summer camp sessions (9 weeks) are available for primary campers ages 6-16. Family weekends (18) are for primary campers ages 3-21.
