Project Description:

Studies show that highly engaged music students excel ahead of their peers academically. Since 1977, YOSA
musicians have confirmed these findings. Our young musicians are highly motivated and represent many of
our region’s most remarkable youth. However, the opportunity gap between youth with access to quality
music education and peers without access is evident. YOSA is committed to improve access to, and inclusion
in, music education to inspire current and future generations of young musicians
