Project Description:

In 2025, our agency served 106 unduplicated patients that were between the ages of 15-21 years of age. Due to their age, they are not paying for their visits and services, or are paying very less, depending on their income; our agency charges based on a sliding fee scale. While we exist for this purpose as a non-profit, we lose over $100,000 a year in write offs but still have to pay out of pocket for supplies, providers, etc… Ability to provide these services ensures that these individuals can focus on their education, their current family, and/or their employment.
