Grant guidelines
Please review the eligibility requirements and grant policies before submitting a Letter of Interest.

Letters of Interest
Letters of Interest will not be reviewed or considered unless:
- They are submitted on the required form. See Submit Letter of Interest.
- The project duration is listed for the year following the grant.
- The amount requested does not exceed $10,000.00.
- The group to be served is between the ages of birth and twenty-one.
- Projects are within the United States. The foundation responds more favorably to requests coming from Florida and Virginia.
- The organization is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Additional grant policies
- Grants are not made to political organizations.
- Grants are not made to large public charities such as the United Way, the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, The Salvation Army, etc. The foundation prefers to fund organizations that do not receive wide public support.
- Grants are to be fully utilized in the year following the grant. Any amounts remaining after project completion must be returned to the foundation.
- Grants are for one (1) year and are not automatically renewable for multiple years.
- A grant evaluation report must be submitted to the foundation upon completion of the project.
