The Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation was established in 2006 as a philanthropic grant making organization. It is governed by a board of directors with the assistance of a junior advisory board. The foundation has no paid employees. All members have volunteered their time and skills in order to maximize funds available for distribution.
