All Letters of Interest qualifying for review must be received between January 1 and March 31 each year.

Review and recommendations by the advisory board will follow.

The Board of Directors will vote on recommendations.

Letters to chosen grant seekers with a request for a full proposal will be emailed during the month of July.

The foundation does not notify grant seekers of their acceptance or rejection. Requests for Proposal signifies acceptance for the charities chosen.

Full proposals must be received by August 31.

Grants are awarded each year during the month of October.

Grants are to be fully utilized in the year following the grant.
