\nThe program removes financial barriers to participation through equipment access, structured mentorship, and organized athletic engagement.

And $8,000 toward Strategic Self Care Activities for Youth Girls who will learn to be able to always include themselves first in regard to both physical and mental health and wellness. Wellness activities will span a 3-part series over 6 weeks- learning to rest, relax, release with modules on yoga and mindfulness, water meditation and relaxation and sound bowl therapy and music therapy.<\/p>\n
