Through weekly three-hour workshops, participants engage in social-emotional learning, guided reflection circles, arts-based expression, and mentorship from community leaders. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, self-confidence, conflict resolution, and goal setting. The program culminates in a youth-led showcase where participants share their growth and leadership commitments with family and community members.<\/p>\n<p>Generational Breaks has facilitated wellness workshops and youth development sessions serving over 75 youth and community members. Our approach centers on culturally responsive engagement, psychological safety, and practical skill-building that supports both personal growth and academic success.<\/p>\n<p>Participants receive stipends to reduce financial barriers and affirm the value of their time and engagement.
