The Youth Mentorship & Community Empowerment Program is a structured, community-based initiative designed to support underserved youth ages 13\u201318 by providing mentorship, leadership development, academic support, and workforce readiness opportunities. The program seeks to address barriers that negatively impact youth success, including lack of mentorship, limited career exposure, and insufficient access to safe and constructive after-school environments.<\/p>\n
Through a holistic approach, participants receive consistent guidance from mentors, educational enrichment activities, and practical life-skills training that prepares them for adulthood, employment, and higher education. The program focuses on building confidence, improving decision-making skills, and creating clear pathways toward personal and professional success.<\/p>\n

Need for the Project<\/p>\n
