Through structured mentoring, mental health support, life-skills education, and substance abuse prevention, this program will provide youth with the tools, relationships, and coping strategies needed to build healthy, productive futures.<br \/>\nFunding will support trained mentors, licensed mental health professionals, prevention workshops, family engagement services, and ongoing case management for 200 youth annually.
