Our program is dedicated to nurturing scholars academically and socially from their earliest years through high school graduation. With 24 years of educational experience, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of timely intervention and relationship-based support. <\/p>\n
Using Sage Pathways\u2019 proven framework, we pair each scholar with a mentor who provides ongoing, personalized guidance. Our comprehensive approach begins with a 6-week summer enrichment program for incoming kindergarteners, focusing on phonics, phonemic awareness, sight words, numeracy, and social skills. This early intervention helps scholars build a strong foundation as they enter school.<\/p>\n
We offer year-round tutoring and mentoring for K\u201312 scholars in English Language Arts (ELA) and math, ensuring continuous academic growth and social-emotional development. Through a combination of individualized and small-group instruction, ongoing assessment, and family engagement, scholars receive targeted support designed to close learning gaps, strengthen foundational skills, and foster confidence. Mentors not only help scholars master core subjects but also encourage resilience, self-advocacy, and a sense of belonging\u2014key factors in academic and personal success.<\/p>\n
Our ultimate goal is to help each scholar thrive at every stage of their educational journey. By investing in both academic skills and social-emotional wellness, and by supporting families as partners, we are working to build a brighter, more equitable future for our community\u2014one scholar at a time.<\/p>\n
