The program supports students during a pivotal transition period by combining structured workshops, one-on-one mentorship, career exploration, community engagement, and scholarship support.<\/p>\n<p>Students participate in monthly sessions focused on identity development, academic planning, financial literacy, college admissions and FAFSA guidance, and professional skill-building. Each student is paired with a mentor who provides sustained guidance and accountability. Experiential components include job shadowing, industry panels, and a capstone project.<\/p>\n<p>Through a flexible hybrid model, Project Dream accommodates students balancing academic and economic responsibilities.
