The goal of PHASED IN is to assist these youth in learning basic life skills that will prepare them for independent living. Phased in will provide housing, education, medical care and life skill training. With the combined partnership of the church, the community, and the state of Texas, phased in will embrace these youth who were never adopted to ensure that these youth achieve self-sufficiency and stability. Phased in will provide the most vital and missing dynamic in the lives of these young adults “FAMILY”. Our residents are invited to live with us from age 18 until age 21. This timeline is in place to ensure financial savings and the development of steady employment and job security.

From 2014 – 2023 Phased In only operated out of the Evangel Campus in Wichita Falls.
Now in 2025 there are 3 campuses fulfilling a greater coverage of needs.
Evangel Campus Wichita Falls, Texas (Men’s Campus)
Sunrise Campus Arlington, Texas (Women’s Campus)
House of Palms Campus Vitoria, Texas (Women with Infants/Pregnant Women)

Total Project Budget: $406,182.00

Other Funding
Sources For The Project (Committed & Potential): We received funding from several local churches, community partners, foundation, businesses, and individual donations through our website. 18 for 18 is a monthly commitment project.
