At Eye Care 4 Kids, we believe every child who needs glasses should have them, regardless of socio-economic circumstances . Our mission is to provide professional vision care to low-income, visually impaired children and families. <\/p>\n
We recognize the inherent link between vision and education and are dedicated to giving all children the best chance at academic, physical, social, and emotional success.<\/p>\n
Sight 4 Success is a campaign designed to make vital vision care services accessible to underserved children with limited financial resources. In coordination with school administrators and community leaders, the "SEE-MORE" Mobile Vision Clinic brings vision care services to schools, community centers, rural areas, and Native American reservations across Utah.<\/p>\n
All patients receive a vision screening from a qualified technician, a vision evaluation and eye exam by an optometrist or ophthalmologist, and a quality pair of eyeglasses made in our state-of-the-art optical lab to their exact prescription (when needed). The eyewear package includes new frames with polycarbonate, scratch-resistant corrective lenses and UV coating, and a soft case. <\/p>\n
A $10,000 grant will provide 500 vision care services for approximately 125 low-income children .<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Eye exams for 125 patients @ $30 each= $3,750
\n\u2022 Eyeglasses for 125 patients @ $30-45 each= $3,750
\n\u2022 Dispensing (fitting, adjustments, and repairs, as needed) for 125 patients @ $10 each $1,250\n<\/p>\n
