Project Title: ELEVATE YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Throughout our history, New Beginnings Global Outreach and its affiliate organizations have mentored hundreds of youths on identifying their career choice and obtaining clarity of their life\u2019s purpose. This is done through a methodology that focuses on identifying their strengths, conducting a behavioral and communication profile assessment, encouraging them to dream, eliminating fears and distractions, and ultimately, helping them craft a declaration of their life\u2019s mission statement, which serves as a compass throughout their life\u2019s journey. Our intention is to formalize this program and add a scholarship component of $500.00-$1,000 to 10-20 students who are transitioning from high school to college and may lack the financial resources to even apply for colleges. Our goal is to train a minimum of 100 youths within six months to a year through various trainings, workshops, and individualized sessions. This funding request would assist us primarily with the scholarship portion and our organization would be responsible for the administrative and training costs associated with the program.
