Problem Statement:
\nWhat is the specific problem? Youth who return home from foster care often face significant challenges in reintegrating with their families and communities. They may experience emotional and behavioral difficulties, strained family relationships, and a lack of support, increasing the risk of placement instability and re-entry into foster care.
\nWho is affected? This project targets youth in Sedgwick County, Kansas, who have been reunified with their families after a period of foster care placement.
\nWhy does this problem exist?
