Our mission is to inspire creativity, build confidence, and nurture self-expression through professional mentorship in a safe, supportive environment.

Our program launched in 2014, offers weekly hands-on art sessions led by experienced mentors. In Summer 2025, we are expanding to a four-week immersive program, with three sessions per week, utilizing both indoor and outdoor spaces to stimulate imagination and play. Students will explore drawing, illustration, character design, animation, toy design, and storytelling — while learning fundamental artistic skills and techniques.

Beyond skill-building, the program cultivates emotional resilience, collaboration, and pride in personal and cultural identity. Youth participants are mentored to become storytellers, creative thinkers, and future community leaders. We aim to reach underserved children in rural Northern California who may not otherwise have access to high-quality art education.

Grant funding will support art supplies, mentor stipends, and scholarship opportunities for low-income families. With community engagement at its heart, the program concludes with a public art showcase to celebrate the children’s work and accomplishments.

Our vision is to make art a lifelong tool for empowerment, healing, and joy. Through this program, Bless The Children Project is planting seeds of creativity that grow far beyond the classroom.

Total Project Budget: 22,500

Other Funding
Sources For The Project (Committed & Potential): Other grants applied, private donations

Project Duration: Entire school year
Geographical Area Served: Mount Shasta and the area
Age Group To Be Served: 7-12

Contact Information

Contact Prefix (Mr,Mrs etc.): Mr.
Contact First Name: Baruch
Contact Last Name: Inbar
Contact Title: Executive Director
Contact Phone: 5122227824
Contact Email: Baruch@snaut.com

Hermanowski Family Foundation Initial Request Form Organization Name: BLESS THE CHILDREN PROJECT Legal Name (if Different): BLESS THE CHILDREN PROJECT INC.
