The Transitional Housing Program is designed for guests who are transitioning out of PASS or another local non-profit, reached their goals, are ready and can afford to move into a home, but have met barriers; it is structured as a six-month, up to two-year long, program that includes case management. <\/p>\n
While we expect the guests to pay affordable rent and utilities, we know that there will be times when a guest cannot pay the full amount, or needs other support which we will provide. PASS has hired a part-time Case Manager to work with the guests living in the transitional homes. The guests will continue to meet with the Case Manager each week to ensure success. With our three transitional housing properties, we are able to serve up to 40 more people at a time.\n<\/p>\n
