Anchored Hope is committed to providing a safe, supportive transitional home for young women, ages 18-24, who have aged out of foster care. For many, this will be their first time having a space to call their own\u2014a private room where they can feel secure, valued, and empowered. However, the house requires significant improvements to ensure it meets safety, comfort, and livability standards.<\/p>\n
We are seeking financial support to complete essential remodeling changes to make this house a true home. Key improvements include:<\/p>\n
Painting to freshen the interior and create a welcoming atmosphere.<\/p>\n
A new fence to ensure privacy and security for the residents.<\/p>\n
Updated kitchen appliances to provide functional and modern cooking facilities.<\/p>\n
A retaining wall in the driveway, as the current setup is unsafe for residents and visitors.<\/p>\n
Pest control to eliminate any current infestations and create a clean, healthy environment.<\/p>\n
New kitchen flooring to improve both safety and aesthetics.<\/p>\n
