Project Title: Reaching and Inspiring Students Everywhere (RAISE)
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
RAISE provides a full spectrum of support services to help children overcome physical, mental, and emotional barriers so that they can heal, learn, and thrive. Established in 2022, RAISE provides tailored intervention services promoting positive behavioral, educational, and developmental outcomes for children birth through Grade 3 in Hillsborough County, Florida. The program serves children who are at risk of having experienced trauma, are presenting with challenging behaviors, as well as those children with developmental delays, or a diagnosed disability.<\/p>\n
RAISE employs a multidisciplinary intervention team of professionals and specialists, including school personnel, who work collaboratively with families to ensure each child receives the necessary services to be successful at home, in school, and in the community. The core team includes a Parent Coach and Intervention Specialist who guide families through the process and connect them with the professional services a child may require. <\/p>\n
Your support in the amount of $10,000 will allow RAISE to continue providing a wide range of essential services designed to meet the emotional, educational, and developmental needs of children along with helping families and caregivers increase their capacity in providing a safe, nurturing, and stable home. Funding will help expand access to vital program resources to up to 250 additional students that are critical to ensuring their basic and more complex educational and emotional needs are being met both effectively and efficiently.\n<\/p>\n
