Having already received approval and support from Brevard County Public Schools, JA GLOW Women in
\nSTEM and Leadership will be scheduled at 13 high schools while featuring presenters representing the
\naerospace industry. In this assembly-style learning experience, professional women in STEM fields and leadership positions
\nshare their personal and professional expertise with female students through open Q&A. After briefly
\nintroducing themselves via slide decks, volunteers answer questions submitted anonymously by the students on topics including work\/life balance, navigating a career with motherhood and succeeding in male- dominated industries.<\/p>\n
