Project Title: Building a Stronger Future: Enhancing Family Engagement Through Framework Expansion
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
CLI recognizes that families are a child\u2019s first and most essential partners in learning. To strengthen the connection between home and school, CLI is developing a Family Engagement Conceptual Framework that integrates into our existing instructional frameworks, centering on culturally sustaining, transparent, relational, responsive, and reciprocal partnerships. This framework will help schools foster welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive family partnerships that enhance literacy development, increase access to educational resources, and empower families as active participants in their child\u2019s learning. By embedding family engagement into instructional practices, CLI supports a more holistic collaborative approach to literacy success. <\/p>\n

– A research-based model integrating family engagement into CLI\u2019s instructional approach. <\/p>\n
– Training, tools, and strategies for educators to foster inclusive, trust-based family partnerships. <\/p>\n
– Development of tools and resources for families to support literacy at home. <\/p>\n
– Ongoing data collection to refine and enhance the framework\u2019s impact. <\/p>\n
