Victory Junction is a year-round camp facility for children with complex medical conditions that provides transformative experiences in a medically-safe environment at no cost to families. <\/p>\n
Kids enjoy their time at Victory Junction, but, ultimately, the benefits of camp extend far beyond the fun of a summer week or family weekend. Recent studies have shown the benefits of camp have a positive life-changing impact on the children we serve. The Victory Junction experience fosters independence, inspires confidence, and builds self-esteem for the campers who enter our gates. <\/p>\n
Victory Junction values the cost of a campership (1 week of overnight residential summer camp) for a camper at $2,500. One week of summer camp begins on Sunday and ends on Thursday. All camper needs are met while they are at Camp and kids can participate in activities at Victory Junction, free of barriers they may face in their daily lives. $10,000 would underwrite a camp experience for 4 children. Project Duration: Four children would come to camp in the 2025-2026 camp year, depending on funding schedule.
\nGeographical Area Served: Victory Junction is proud to serve children from all 50 states, Canada, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Denmark, England and Switzerland. We partner with charter bus company and private pilots to bring children to camp, if they are unable to otherwise attend.
\nAge Group To Be Served: Summer camp sessions (9 weeks) are available for primary campers ages 6-16. Family weekends (18) are for primary campers ages 3-21. <\/p>\n
