Project Title: Family Promise SEFL – Road to Independence
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
Our Road to Independence (RTI) program is a structured, 90-day initiative designed to help families transition from homelessness to sustainable independence. Through temporary shelter, meals, mental health support, case management, and essential resources, we work to stabilize families and equip them for long-term success.<\/p>\n
Families engage in financial literacy workshops, life skills training, and employment support to help them achieve self-sufficiency. After graduation, we continue providing post-program support, connecting families with community resources to help ensure long-term stability. Through RTI, we aim to break the cycle of homelessness and foster resilience for families in crisis.<\/p>\n
Our goals include ensuring that 100% of parents attend weekly case management meetings and that all family members participate in mental health sessions to address the trauma of homelessness, particularly for children. We strive for 96% of families to secure sustainable housing and for 96% of parents to maintain or improve employment by the end of the program.<\/p>\n
