At Hard Grinderz Kings Growing Kings, we empower and educate at-risk inner-city youth (ages 13-18) in Charlotte, NC, through dynamic mentorship, education, and workforce development programs. Our approach equip underserved youth with essential life skills that foster economic mobility and overall well-being.
\nOur 7-on-7 football program is more than a sports initiative\u2014it is a youth development program that builds discipline, teamwork, and resilience. In addition to football, participants engage in entrepreneurship workshops, public speaking (Toastmasters), and archery, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and personal growth. This holistic approach aligns with our mission to promote health, education, and youth welfare by:
\n\u2022\tEncouraging physical fitness and mental well-being through structured sports activities.
\n\u2022\tProviding educational enrichment through entrepreneurship workshops and public speaking.
\n\u2022\tRemoving financial barriers to ensure equal access for all youth.
\nFor the 2026 season, we seek funding to support travel expenses for our team\u2019s participation in competitive tournaments, lock-in mentorship workshop sessions. Many of our athletes come from low-income families, and we remain committed to offering this experience free of charge.
