Tacoma United Association\u2019s Youth Development & Mentorship Program empowers underserved youth through sports, academics, and mentorship. Our program fosters resilience, leadership, and success by providing structured opportunities for personal growth.<\/p>\n
Needs Addressed:
\nMany youth in our community face financial hardship, lack of extracurricular programs, and limited mentorship. Academic struggles and the absence of role models hinder their success. Our program bridges these gaps by integrating athletics, education, and mentorship.<\/p>\n

Sports-Based Youth Development \u2013 Basketball training, team competition, and life skills development through athletics.<\/p>\n
Academic Support \u2013 Tutoring, study sessions, college readiness workshops, and STEM\/literacy enrichment.<\/p>\n
Mentorship & Life Skills \u2013 One-on-one mentoring, career exploration, leadership training, and job shadowing.<\/p>\n
