The Look Back Give Back Foundation was created to give back to African-American high school students who want to further their education in college but face considerable socio-economic hardships. Since 2020, the Look Back Give Back Foundation has helped talented African-American students reach their educational goals and attain professional success through a wide range of need-based scholarships.<\/p>\n
We respectfully request funding support from the Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation, which will help bolster our mission to aid academically promising African-American students who, as incoming freshmen, face financial barriers to higher education. We believe this request aligns well with your organizational goals of supporting non-profit organizations that improve the lives of children and young adults by helping them reach their potential. <\/p>\n
Every student deserves a chance to further their education, and we understand many students face socio-economic hardships that prevent them from attending institutions of higher learning, which can be overcome through scholarship and hard work. With the support of the Hermanoski Foundation, we intend to create a scholarship for one student, wherein that student would receive $6,000 to use for tuition, books, and supplies in their first year of college. <\/p>\n
