Hope for Families, Inc. (HFF) seeks $50,000 in operating support from The Hermanoski Family Foundation to sustain and expand our mission of rebuilding urban communities by empowering families in the Greater Houston area. Since 1994, we have provided critical programs addressing housing stability, financial literacy, workforce development, and holistic family support, equipping vulnerable families with the tools to achieve self-sufficiency.
\nThis funding will allow us to enhance program delivery, retain skilled staff, and strengthen outreach efforts, ensuring that families in need receive tailored, high-touch support. Specifically, the grant will enable us to:

\nExpand housing stability programs, preventing homelessness through direct financial assistance and case management.
\n–
\nGrow workforce development initiatives, equipping individuals with job readiness skills, career coaching, and financial literacy training.
\n–
\nIncrease family support services, including counseling, mentorship, and educational workshops that empower parents and children.

\nStrengthen community partnerships, leveraging resources to create a network of support for long-term impact.
\nWith support from The Hermanoski Family Foundation, HFF can continue to provide life-changing services that foster economic independence, housing stability, and community resilience, creating lasting, generational impact for families across Houston\u2019s underserved communities.<\/p>\n
