Requesting general operating supports for both The Rising and The Baldwin Project programs. The Rising provides middle, high school BIOPC students in Denver Public Schools with culturally relevant interdisciplinary curriculum and activities. The Baldwin Project provides younger BIPOC students with culturally relevant storytelling opportunities, bibliotherapy, literacy exposure and engagement; free book delivery service to encourage family reading time at home and development of home libraries.<\/p>\n
