Geaux 4 Kids’ mission is to ease the emergency transition of displaced children into the protective custody of foster care. We do this by providing Geaux Bags to children entering foster care to help them get through the first 24-48 hours. Children of all ages and sizes come into foster care at all hours of the day and night often with only the clothes on their back. A Geaux Bag helps both child and foster parent during the
\nemergency transition by providing them with essential clothing, toiletries and a comfort item to make that
\nfirst night easier for everyone.
\nYour donation of $10,000 will allow us to make 66 Geaux Bags to be distributed to children in a crisis. <\/p>\n
