Since 2015, the Glorious Performance Team has provided a peer positive environment to teach drama fundamentals to underserved youth in Charlotte. The program is free for all. For the age group of 9-18, the organization teaches acting skills to young people who may not have access to a public-school drama program and provides a venue for them to perform for the community. For the age group of 14-21, we sponsor film and video workshops for young people to learn from local professionals in order to decide whether to pursue a college degree or start an immediate entry level career. Along with donations, a Hermanowski Family Foundation grant will allow us to expand and enhance the program to reach more youth in our area.<\/p>\n
