Project Title: From the Classroom to Careers.
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
Our goals are to aid our students to achieve academc success from the classrom – high school diploma, acceptance into college, and careers. Students with learning differences face obstacles in finding programs which support their learning style. Our academic support programs provide up to 15 students, grades 1-12 in under resource communities or schools and diagnosed with learning differences a course outline that strengthen their skill challenges and increase their skill development to achieve a high school diploma and college entrance examination scores required to be accepted into the college of their choice.
\nStudents will increase in their grade level, standardize test, increase skill development that will enhance their ability to function in life skills.
\nStudents will not only receive acceptable scores but be provided career counseling and college options that best serve their academic support needs.
\nStudents will pursue their career choice with pride and be in position to help other students realize that post education is possible. Their parents are encouraged that their student can have a great economical future.
\nFor this program to be successful we need the following resources: laptops (the college exams are online); material books; software licenses, paid and volunteer tutors; paid and volunteer staff for recruitment, registering students, collect data; speakers; and site location.\n<\/p>\n
