Our tutors conduct in-home and virtual sessions that focus on the whole student by helping them develop problem-solving skills, time and resource management, organizational skills, study skills, and effective test-taking strategies. Our goal is to close reading and math learning gaps and build foundational tools that enable our students to achieve success in school and increase college and career readiness. Because our tutors are classroom teachers, they offer valuable experience and expertise to provide lessons customized to the needs of each student. Our tutors meet with students at least once a week throughout the year to offset summer learning loss and provide consistent support during the school year. <\/p>\n
