Project Title: Foster Youth Health and Wellness

The project Foster Youth Health and Wellness: Summer Programming is an evidenced-based program, also entitled All About Me. <\/p>\n
Youth development and living skills is the programmatic focus. Youth receive services and resources to support health, education, financial literacy, and employment attainment. <\/p>\n
Also, assistance in the completion of their personal wellness plan that includes the topics of mental health and physical health along with delving into overall health accessibility. <\/p>\n
This is a very popular and important summer program for youth ages 14-21. C2i provides transportation, meals and financial incentives that can be added to their individual saving’s accounts. <\/p>\n
C2i staff developed this program to work holistically with our other year-round programs; reducing stigmatization and worry for foster youth.<\/p>\n
