Project Re-Direct’s new initiative is to provide S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology Engineering, and Math) education along with a rigorous academic and social skills curriculum in line with the Core Curriculum Standards of New Jersey for pre-k – 8th-grade urban students. They are prepared for higher education that will lead to careers in math, science, engineering, and technological based careers. Project Re-Direct partners with United Community Corp – UCC, NJIT, and Volunteer Match.
\nWhat makes Project Re-Direct\/Youth & Family Services unique is our ability to engage and educate students during \u2018non-traditional’ hours, Saturdays, and the summer months. Education For The 20th Century\/ EY2K is a Saturday Academy. We supplement the public and charter schools with accelerated academic, and social skills development and recreation while providing S.T.E.M. education at such an early age. We also provide supportive services to families and children. This Holistic design is unique to traditional service delivery. <\/p>\n
