The mission of our project is to provide underrepresented youth inclusive access to the maritime industry through specialized programs designed to generate social and economic equity via entrepreneurship, intended to catalyze positive outcomes in any sector. Through our "All Hands On Deck" Deckhand Apprenticeship Initiative, we aspire to innovate transformative change by creating an environment in the boating community where marginalized youths are not only embraced but also empowered to attain independence and celebrated for their achievements. <\/p>\n
