The Youth Leadership Mentoring program provides enriching educational and social activities that will increase their confidence and sense of pride in their communities. The Youth Leadership program is designed to motivate, educate, and build self-esteem in our youth; to help them learn how to solve potential problems; to help them expand their educational horizons and prepare for future independence; to expose them to valuable career options; to develop a meaningful cultural and social understanding.<\/p>\n
SONS sets itself apart from other youth programs, as it not only makes a difference through its guidance and care for young people, but it encourages its mentees to continue paying it forward to the community. This creates an inspiring environment that will be an invaluable resource to individual, aspiring young leaders and the community at large. SONS is creating an impact greater than the sum of its parts, as the young people it inspires are instilled with the values to continue to care for their communities beyond their mentorships and throughout their lives.<\/p>\n
