Fostering Success aims to enhance educational outcomes for children and youth, a group especially vulnerable due to their unique life circumstances, by offering incentives that encourage engagement and achievement. This program will empower students through assistance in setting clear objectives, establishing a robust academic groundwork, and investigating potential career paths while still in high school. By providing targeted coaching and support, Fostering Success will assist students in identifying their strengths and passions. Furthermore, students will be incentivized to enroll in and successfully complete post-secondary certifications, credentials, and degrees necessary for embarking on rewarding careers.<\/p>\n
