Youth ages 9 – 18 will be involved and educated in cooking, gardening and fitness. Classes taught by experienced instructors will give youth an opportunity to experience the healthy way to grow and cook food. In addition they will be given a daily fitness program that is easy to maintain. <\/p>\n
