Our project for the aging involves improving their quality of life by providing them with fresh fruits & vegetables, lean meats, low-sugar & low-sodium products, healthy snacks, etc. We will track their blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol, sodium, etc. over a few months to see if their levels improve after eating healthier. Our goal is to help provide longevity for our aging population and avoid them having to go into nursing homes. Their health and well being is very important to us. Most families have discussed their interests of having their parents stay in their homes and we would like to help contribute to this decision the best way we can.<\/p>\n
