UTIC will also focus on Workforce Skill Development by teaching a variety of professionals (from 50 different home-based providers) that regularly interact with young children to recognize early warning signs &amp; provide resources to the most vulnerable members of our communities. <\/p>\n<p>If a child has a developmental delay, there are therapies that can help him thrive. In communities with high levels of poverty, health disparities &amp; minority populations, developmental disabilities are often not detected in early childhood.
