The Success Dreamers Academy is tailored for youth to complete annually, with around 25-30 participants attending in three phases spanning 8 months. Phase 1 establishes a self-awareness foundation, Phase 2 centers on empathy and understanding others, and Phase 3 focuses on personal growth and leadership. Each week within these phases has a distinct focus area. Youth from diverse backgrounds are celebrated for their courage in expressing their genuine identities rather than being judged by their past. We envision a cohort where marginalized youths confidently voice their insightful thoughts, fostering conscious development. The academy equips young individuals to set and achieve life goals while supporting their peers in doing the same.<\/p>\n
