Innata Inc., a nonprofit organization serving Miami-Dade and Collier Counties, is
\ncommitted to empowering families, adults, heads of households, children, and teenagers to
\nunlock their full potential through coaching in emotional, mental, educational, and financial
\nspheres. Our mission, bolstered by grant funding, is to enhance socioeconomic opportunities for
\nindividuals and the broader community by providing essential resources and support.
\nWe strive to equip individuals with vital life skills, including budgeting, future planning,
\ndecision-making, communication, and problem-solving, through effective coaching and
\nmentorship programs. Additionally, we
\nfacilitate economic growth opportunities,
\nsuch as career guidance and access to job
\nfairs. All our programs are designed to foster
\nsocial awareness and understanding while
\narming our participants with the tools
\nnecessary for greater success in their
\ncommunities.<\/p>\n
Our belief is that investing in individual success is a catalyst for overall well-being,
\nbenefiting both individuals and society at large. Our ultimate goal is to fortify communities from
\nthe ground up by cultivating self-reliant individuals who can serve as positive role models to
\nothers facing similar challenges. Regardless of an individual’s background or circumstances, we
\nare committed to providing a helping hand until they can stand on their own two feet.
\nInnata Inc. has a proud history of supporting Ukrainian refugees through its Ukraine
\nProgram, which offers critical assistance to those displaced by war or other crises. This
\nassistance encompasses housing, basic needs, employment services, healthcare, education, and
\nsocial services to facilitate integration into the United States. The program also supports family
\nreunification and offers mental health counseling to refugees and their families.
\nThe impact of Innata’s Ukraine Program has been significant, having reunited over 500
\nUkrainian refugees with their families and provided support to over 1,000 individuals. Moreover,

Innata has extended assistance to more than 5,000 Ukrainian children in Miami-Dade County,
\nenabling them to start anew and establish lives in their new homeland.
\nInnata’s approach is unique in that it addresses the multifaceted challenges faced by

\ncomprehensive approach is pivotal in assisting individuals as they transition into their new
\nhomes and establish stable lives in Collier County.
\nThe budget for the Program covers a wide range of needs, including food, shelter,
\ntransportation, educational programs, mental health counseling, job training, and placement
\nservices. With sufficient resources, Innata can ensure that individuals in low-income
\ncommunities have equal access to opportunities for growth and success.
\nThe current state of the world has resulted in a challenging socioeconomic environment,
\ncreating a need for more comprehensive and accessible resources to help families, adults, head of
\nhouseholds, children, and teenagers increase their socioeconomic possibilities. Innata Inc. is
\ndedicated to providing these individuals with emotional, mental, educational, and financial
