Project Title: Your Voice Unleashed
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
Your Voice Unleashed is a FREE enrichment program for ages 13 \u2013 19 that incorporates vocational training and performing arts to build producing knowledgeable and caring citizens for the future. Students will attend vocational training classes and performing arts classes Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. and end with a finale concert on Sunday evening as a part of Dr. Opal Lee\u2019s Juneteenth Family Reunion Festival. The participants will pre-register for a vocational track as well as a performing arts track. Diversity is key in our program where we will commit to building an inclusive environment to serve our students and educators. Because of the length of the program day, we will provide two meals and a departure snack. There will also be training on the proper use of social media and the tools that are at their fingertips. Our objective is to develop skilled and creative students in Entrepreneurship, Investments, Culinary, Liberal and Performing Arts; as well as future Community Advocates. Students will reach new heights in the classroom and on their path to proficiency with enrichment, making a positive difference in their community and the world for generations to come.<\/p>\n
