For this opportunity, Lifedriven is seeking to expand its youth programming and implement the
\nLifedriven Foundation\u2019s youth development program, Pathways to Success (P2S). Based on feedback
\nfrom community partners and the interest of the governing board, there is a need to expand and
\nserve more youth and families experiencing trauma and traumatic events, especially from
\nunderserved communities. P2S is designed to provide at-risk youth ages 14-25, from underserved
\ncommunities in the South Central community, primarily those who have experienced adverse
\nchildhood experiences (ACEs), with access to a host of wraparound services that promote lifelong
\nhealth and wellbeing. Grounded under the theory of action that sports can be used as a catalyst to
\nreduce conflict and increase confidence and comradery amongst participating youth, the planned
\napproach, aligned with the evidence-based Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Model, is
\ndesigned to ensure participants have access to a host of wraparound services and evidence-based
\ninterventions that promote physical and socio-emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n
