Northwest Moultrie has always been known for being impoverished and having violence and drugs, but in the last few years, there has been an increase in kids carrying guns as young as 12 and shooting guns. EPIC is trying to make a big difference with kids, especially in NW Moultrie. EPIC provides and wants to continue providing mentoring and other education programs to stop gun violence. Senseless killings have occurred at the hands of these At-Risk youth.\u201d Gun violence is indeed a major concern, and it’s unfortunate that there are currently limited engaging and preventive resources available. Solution to curtailing the Gun Violence in Moultrie, Georgia. is essential and necessary. These youth must be presented with another alternative of getting solutions other than carrying a gun and using them.<\/p>\n
