Niagara Track & Field Youth Development & Fitness Program (New) is a new program that will be taking place at the Packard Court Community Center. The 6 week program takes place every Tuesday: 6-7:30pm. The first 20-25 minutes will consist of personal development workshops: Hygiene, Nutrition, Personal care, Self-Esteem and Relationship building. The last 45-50 minutes will consist of physical fitness activities: Running, Jumping and throwing activities.<\/p>\n
